#29 Taking a Break from Booze to Rediscover Yourself with Rebecca Maxwell
In this week's episode, divorce coach Rebecca Maxwell shares her journey of rediscovering her worthiness and joy, as well as the conflict between the expectations placed on her and carving out time for herself.
"Put your own oxygen mask on first or fill your own cup. What you think you need from outside, from anybody, from anything, give to yourself first. If you're looking for security, create security for yourself. If you're looking for love, create love for yourself. If you're looking for intellectual challenge, intellectually challenge yourself. Do it to yourself first and then it opens up the avenues for it to come from other places too." -Rebecca Maxwell
Special guest Rebecca Maxwell is a divorce coach who helps women navigate the breakup or breakdown of a relationship. She encourages her clients to create their own joy and to trust their intuition to create the life they want.
